<p>The <strong>Mandate Management Service (MMS)</strong> is a centralized, industry-managed repository of all mandates created across PayTo participants. The MMS maintains a dynamic record of the status of each mandate and any non-payment actions taken against them (e.g., amendments). </p>
<p>ANZ provides APIs to query this store, allowing users to retrieve information such as mandate status or actions taken by their customers on specific mandates. Please note, <strong>only non-payment actions</strong> are recorded in the MMS.</p>
